Caryn Cho / Vice President
My name is Caryn Cho and I’m currently a 10th grader at Bethpage High School. I’ve been an active participant in THINK & HELP for almost two years. I’m also involved in THINK & HELP’s music group, THINK SYMPHONY, playing the guitar. I’m a big reader and am passionate about making change in our society through this volunteer group.
Carys Cho
Hi I’m Carys Cho! I am a 12th grader at Bethpage High School and joined THINK & HELP around 2021. I’m also currently a pianist in the group THINK SYMPHONY. As a minority student, I am passionate in changing this society through this volunteer group.
Catherine Lee
My name is Catherine Lee. I am a senior at Friends Academy and a member of THINK & HELP. I write the Animal Cruelty column THINK IN INK. As a member of THINK & HELP, I have learned to take accountability for myself and be independent, while also helping others.
Abigail Sim
Hello! My name is Abigail Sim! I’ve been a part of THINK & HELP and THINK SYMPHONY since the beginning of 2023. Currently, I am the president of THINK SYMPHONY and play the flute. I am also one of the writers for the Book Recommendations column in our newsletter: Think in Ink. I really enjoy being part of this group and hope to continue to serve!
Bryan Kim
I’m Bryan Kim, a 14 year old high school sophomore at Commack High School. I joined THINK & HELP to find out more about myself by helping people in my community. I hope to learn more about my strengths and weaknesses. My goal is to connect with other people and experience new things to change my mindset. I am excited to be part of this group and I am dedicated to helping people in my community.
Caleb Kao
Hi my name is Caleb Kao and I’m a senior at Jericho High School. Through various volunteer events and activities, I have honed my passion for helping others while having a good time with my peers. Along with being a part of the main THINK & HELP group, I am also a pianist in the music group and playing with other musicians of high caliber is definitely a high point of my 3 years with THINK & HELP.
Edeline Jung / President
Hi, I'm Edeline, and I have been a dutiful member at THINK & HELP since 2021. It has been such a rewarding experience working with likeminded students to create significant change through small, seemingly insignificant steps. I love collaborating with peers as well as gaining insight to different perspectives and unique stories
Ethan Yeung
Ethan Yeung is a student currently attending Jericho High School. In his free time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing volleyball. He also has a great interest in linguistics and computer sciences. For the Think in Ink Newsletter, he writes the Video Media Column, a compendium of new and old shows and movies that he recommends to readers.
Luke Jung
Hi, my name is Luke, and I am a ninth grader at Jericho High School. I have been a member of THINK & HELP since 2023. I've enjoyed working with such hardworking and kind students who helped me grow by expanding my creativity. Since I have many years to come, I hope to create change in the group and the community.
Isaiah Lee
My name is Isaiah Lee and I’ve been a member of THINK&HELP for some time now, and so far, it’s been fun and rewarding. Participating in group events that make a real difference in our community has been one of my favorite things to do in this volunteer group. My favorite thing to do is to play my trumpet during THINK SYMPHONY concerts with other members of the group. The life skills and accomplishments that we gain from this group are invaluable, and we strive to do the best we can every time we can.
Jonathan Chau
Hello, my name is Jonathan Chau. I am currently a senior at Jericho High School and have been apart of THINK & HELP and THINK SYMPHONY for the past 3-4 years. Through this group I have learned key skills of teamwork, socialization, and, most importantly, responsibility. Joining this volunteer group has been life changing in a sense that I was able to connect and practically grow up with the people around me. THINK & HELP is more than a volunteer group, it is a family. To this day, I am proud of all the events we have accomplished in raising funds for our causes.
Julia Kim
My name is Julia Kim, and I joined THINK & HELP when I was in eighth grade. I’ve taken part in several volunteer activities with my peers, from tutoring to running our annual summer booksale. My favorite part of this group is the strong friendships that I have built over time with the other members. Outside of THINK & HELP, I enjoy baking and watching my favorite Netflix shows in my free time.

Hi my name is Steven Lee and I’m a senior at Townsend Harris high school. I’ve been in THINK & HELP for two year now. I hope to use this group to help change the community for the better through different volunteer activities.
Anthony Kim
Hi, my name is Anthony Kim. Through THINK & HELP, I am able to grow my passion for mathematics through the monthly newsletter and peer tutoring and help others through volunteer work. I strive to make an impact through THINK & HELP and my passion in mathematics, and I know I will accomplish my goals through this organization because I am passionate about the impact I can make on others while also learning more about myself
Philip Zhang
My name is Philip Zhang, and I am a student at Jericho Senior High School. It has been a few years since I first joined Think&Help, and I have benefited a lot from it. Not only are there many volunteer events such as book sales that can help me with my college application, but more importantly, there are good students in Think&Help. Not only that, I also play the role of a violinist in the Think Symphony. As a group, we often go to Nursing Homes to perform, and we also maintain a weekly practice routine.
Richard You
My name is Richard You. I am a junior at Jericho Senior High School. I’ve been a member of THINK & HELP for 2 months now. My goal as a member of Think&Help is to be able to make a difference in communities that are underprivileged. I look forward to working alongside the members to make a difference.
Rachel You
My name is Rachel You. I am a freshman at Jericho High School. I joined THINK & HELP in 2024. I’m passionate about making an impact in our community. I hope that through this volunteer group, my peers and I can make change and also help others.
Jameson Dong
My name is Jameson Dong and I’m in 8th grade. I have always tried to be kind and giving. Through THINK & HELP, I can give aid to those who need it. Whether that be through concerts to raise money, through book sales, or even ice cream sales, my desire is to make a difference. At the end of the day, I just hope that through this volunteer group, I will be able to improve the lives of others.
Yifan Zhang
My name is Yifan. I am going to become a freshman in the coming school year. I am a member of the THINK & HELP volunteer group. I hope I can raise more money in the future and be more involved in volunteer work. I wish the group to become better and help more people.
